Setauket Meadows

In 2004, Northwind broke ground on one of its first adult communities — Setauket Meadows in East Setauket. Converting a former commercial site, Northwind built a beautifully landscaped community of 150 townhomes designed to provide a fashionable living experience for today’s 55 and better buyers. Residents soon noted Northwind’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to environmental improvement, which included transplanting more than 100 Eastern Cedar Trees to preserve the esthetics of the community. Today, Setauket Meadows is fully occupied, and its residents enjoy a high standard of living in a quiet gated community.
